Companies may submit up to three (3) entries.

ELIGIBILITY
The awards programme is open to:
✔ Technology companies that has pioneered ground-breaking IT products and solutions
✔ Companies from across different industries with the most innovative technology initiatives that made an impact to their business
The project, product, service, strategy, or initiative must either be:
• launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
• launched prior to 24 calendar months and had any recent improvements or upgrades
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.
CATEGORIES
The awards will be given on a country-level basis as part of the umbrella Technology Excellence Awards programme with separate local runs in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. Companies with offices in Asia outside of these regions make up the Asian Technology Excellence Awards. There will be one winner per tech category and its corresponding industry for each country.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The entries will be reviewed by the judges based on the following:

Uniqueness & Innovation - Did the project introduce new or cutting-edge innovation?

Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact on your company and industry? If the project is a solution provided for a client, what is the overall feedback of your client?

Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.
2. Fill in the required details about the company and contact person for the nomination.
3. Select your category.
4. Provide your project title, 500-word write-up, client feedback (if any), key achievements, and photos of the project that you are nominating.
5. Wait for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.

- Companies may submit up to three (3) entries.
- Each nomination form is valid for one entry only. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
- Photos are required while supporting documents are optional but will highly increase the chances of winning.

How do I nominate?
You can send an entry via the online nomination form where you have to fill in details about your company and the project, product or service that you wish to enter. You also have to submit a 500 word write up summarizing your project details and why it should win an award.
How many winners per category?
The awards will be given on a country-level basis as part of the umbrella Technology Excellence Awards programme with separate local runs in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. Companies with offices in Asia outside of these regions make up the Asian Technology Excellence Awards. There will be one winner per tech category and its corresponding industry for each country.

- Thailand Technology Excellence Award for Digital - Banking
- Indonesia Technology Excellence Award for Digital - Banking
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
You may submit a maximum of three (3) projects. If you are nominating multiple projects, you have to complete a separate nomination form for each entry.
What can I nominate?
You may nominate any exceptional and pioneering technological product, project, or service that you have either launched internally or externally.
The entry must have been launched, either partially or entirely, within the past 24 calendar months. If launched over two years ago, it should have recently undergone significant innovation.
Will there be an awards dinner this year?
Yes, a physical awards ceremony for the Asian Technology Excellence Awards is scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand.

Which countries is the awards programme open to?
Nominations are open to Asian countries, excluding Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East, where separate local runs are already in place.
Innovations launched and executed in the following markets should be nominated separately for each local run within the respective country:
