CMC Corporation wins two major awards at Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2022

The company’s solutions have advanced the digital transformation roadmap in Vietnam.

ICT company CMC Corporation brought home two major awards at the recently held Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2022 for its outstanding solutions, CMC TS Cloud Services and CMC Telecom Data Centre Services.

The company won the Vietnam Technology Excellence Award for Cloud Services and the Vietnam Technology Excellence Award for Infrastructure Technology - Telecommunications awards.

The CMC TS Cloud Services allow users to evaluate and consult cloud migration roadmaps for customers as well as use application migration services. It also provides infrastructure for cloud deployment services for large workload applications, cloud security evaluation and consulting services, and the monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting of support services.

Currently, CMC TS focuses on organisations and enterprises in Vietnam having demands for cloud and digital transformation services. It supports and accompanies customers in building a cloud migration roadmap for their businesses.

The company has also completed a bulk of certifications and credentials in fields including security, data analytics, DevOps, modern apps, and power apps, amongst others. CMC TS is one of the five Microsoft licensing solution providers in Vietnam and the only company in the country to have been certified for Advance Specialisation and AMMP by Microsoft.

These competencies, which span sales, pre-sales, technology, and services, help ensure that CMC TS has the appropriate knowledge and skillset to meet customers’ needs in cloud solutions. 

Meanwhile, CMC Telecom has previously owned three neutral data centres, which are Vietnam’s first data centres to be awarded the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard payment security certificate for the banking and financial sectors. The data centres are managed by a team of highly trained experts and technicians who hold international certifications.

In April 2022, CMC Telecom put into operation the Data Center Tan Thuan with an area of 10,000 m2 and a scale of 1,200 racks to meet the increasing demand of more diverse and demanding enterprises. DC Tan Thuan is Vietnam's first DC to pass 115 tests and receive the country's first and only Tier Certification Constructed Facility certificate.

The achievements made by CMC Corporation are solid proof of the capabilities of the company and its position in the cloud services segment, contributing great solution values to customers and the industries by providing a total cloud solution and realising the digital transformation roadmap.
