DKatalis takes home Asian Technology Excellence Awards for HR support platform

The app aims to make Employee Experience becoming more interactive to further engage employees, improve productivities and foster data driven decision making. 

Tech company Dkatalis Digital Lab brought home the Indonesia Technology Excellence Award for Information Management - Human Resource Technology at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2023 for the successful launch of its People Experience (PX) digital platform that translates end to end Employee Lifecycle and HR practices, policy and procedures into more user-centric features that engage both employees and management and also provide HR insights for Management decision making.

The PX platform was built by seasoned HR practitioners who have a passion in both people development and people experience whilst believing in technology to improve HR process, enable immediate decision-making in relation to HR matters, and build engagement of the talents and employees of the organisation.

PX uses a full cloud solution which supports its flexibility to integrate with any other system, a serverless architecture using Google Cloud Functions, a hybrid technology framework using Flutter, an open API integration, amongst others. The platform’s features are also built based on the user’s needs and improved iteratively based on the customers' feedback.

“The main goal of this app is simply to provide a unique and pleasant experience for the users since we believe that a pleasant experience will improve employee engagement. Improved employee engagement will result in improved employee productivity and organisation performance,” the company said.

Since its launch three years ago, there are more than 20 new custom features requested by clients. This resulted in the renewal and extension of their contracts. The number of adoption rates per feature also increased YoY. 

“Through its use of adaptable technology, PX enables you to easily integrate with your choice of systems and ways of working,” the company said.
