J&T Express Vietnam takes home the Vietnam Technology Excellence Award for Enterprise Software - Logistics at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards

J&T Express Vietnam was awarded the title of 'Vietnam Technology Excellence Award for Enterprise Software - Logistics' at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards. Their innovative use of proprietary technology has significantly improved order management and greatly enhanced the overall user experience.

This recognition underscores the company's commitment to harnessing its own technology, rooted in artificial intelligence (AI), to significantly enhance order management and improve the overall user experience.

The Asian Technology Excellence Awards aim to acknowledge exceptional technological initiatives and advancements. These awards honour enterprises that have adeptly navigated the digital disruption wave, leading the technological revolution with their innovative digital solutions.

Through J&T Express, parcels can be conveniently sent to the J&T Express post office or directly to recipients' homes. Orders are processed securely through a unique bill of lading code, accompanied by its corresponding barcode. This meticulous approach ensures that information is synchronised within their data management system and across various platforms, including the shipper app, the VIP web/app catering to shop owners, the JMS operating system, and the automatic distribution system.



The JMS System is the transportation information management system developed and implemented by the company across the countries in which it operates. The system comprises diverse modules designed to monitor parcel life cycles, enhance customer service, and streamline intricate financial processes. It enables close monitoring and correction of errors that could impede logistics management. Additionally, it provides information about all stages of the operation, from information manipulation on orders at the post office, shippers receiving and order processing, to distribution and branches, and operation centres for delivery.

By providing real-time information and visibility of potential issues, the JMS system integrates information storage and data synchronisation with the display through the App Shipper and Web/App VIP for the owner. This integration plays a crucial role in improving communication between stakeholders.

Furthermore, the JMS System can seamlessly integrate with other systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), e-commerce warehouse management (eWMS), and order management systems (OMS). This collective integration optimises data flow within the supply chain, thereby amplifying operational efficiency.

The company also offers a platform for shop owners (Web/App VIP system) to place and manage orders, providing valuable insights through visual displays, revenue statistics, and order tracking. The App Shipper platform facilitates order processing, enabling streamlined deliveries even when route adjustments are necessary.



In addition to these advancements, J&T Express Vietnam has implemented automatic sorters, automatic matrix conveyor systems, and modern multi-level crossbelts at large distribution centres. These systems enable the automatic classification of goods with a remarkable accuracy rate of 99.99%. The system also performs intelligent scanning, providing data and synchronisation within the tracking system. This reduces the reliance on manual labour, minimises errors, lowers operating costs, and reduces delivery times.
