The Zurich Edge platform was recently used for the launch of proteksi.zurich.co.id, where Zurich Indonesia offers an excellent online purchase experience as well as a single customer portal for self-servicing and managing travel policies. In just the first few months of launch, a total of 1,267 policies were sold during the launch campaign period. Various campaign activities, such as a travel insurance quiz, generated substantial engagement and reached a significant number of followers. Notably, Zurich achieved solid follower growth despite the audience's need to invest some effort in accessing information.
