The platform features GO Auto Station, serving as Thailand's premier hub for used car shoppers, seamlessly connecting customers to Krungsri Auto loans for convenient financing options. GO by Krungsri Auto application has experienced remarkable growth and user engagement, marked by substantial increases in digital volume, downloads, and monthly active users. The mobile application's digital volume soared from THB485m in 2021 to an impressive THB5,093 m/5b in 2022, driven by the introduction of new products such as Digital Auto Lending and Exclusive auto refinance loan offerings for Krungsri Auto customers directly through GO by Krungsri Auto. The mobile application saw a 47% increase, totalling 2.4 million downloads in 2022, whilst monthly active users grew by 41%, reaching 770,000 users during the same year. Most notably, a staggering 77% of Krungsri Auto users now utilise the GO by Krungsri Auto application as their primary payment portal, resulting in over THB4.7m transactions and a total payment amount of THB25,561m/25b in 2022.
