This initiative, developed through the collective efforts of various teams at Experian Malaysia, provides support in physical, emotional, financial, social, and career aspects for employees.

In addition to prioritising employee well-being, Chai Ping and #ExperianCares encouraged employees to support communities and businesses affected by the pandemic. This included backing the KL Shakespeare Arts scene, DAMA productions, sourcing care packs from Havan Clothing, catering for office events from social enterprises, and organising team activities at KL Forest Walk and Batik house in support of local tourism.
