Pos Malaysia Berhad has proudly received the prestigious Employee Engagement of the Year - Logistics accolade at the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards, in recognition of its exceptional Certified Wira Programme. This transformative initiative, launched by Pos Malaysia, is designed to cultivate "highly motivated, engaged, and safe employees," as outlined in its broader strategic plan.

At the same time, Pos Malaysia's Group Chief Executive Officer, Charles Brewer, has been recognised as the Executive of the Year in Logistics. Brewer's vision for the company is evident in his commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability to bring Pos Malaysia to greater heights. His decisive actions in the face of challenges have propelled the company to significant growth, with initiatives such as Pos DiSini, Pos Shop, Pos Fulfill, and Red Express contributing to new opportunities.

Brewer's dedication to environmental sustainability is reflected in Pos Malaysia’s Sustainability Roadmap, a strategic framework outlining the company's ambitious goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions for its operations by 2050. The company has made substantial strides in this direction, installing electric vehicle (EV) chargers, eBikes, eVans, and solar PV systems.
