In line with this, starting 26 February 2024, nominations are open for the esteemed Middle East Management Excellence Awards. The awards programme celebrates individuals, teams, and initiatives that have demonstrably contributed to business success, employee well-being, and inclusivity across the region.

Experts from top firms will evaluate the entries and assess them for the following categories:

• Executive of the Year
• Innovator of the Year
• Team of the Year
• Employee Engagement of the Year
• Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
• Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year

One of the winners of the inaugural Middle East Management Excellence Awards last year is Dr. Jorge Guzman, CEO of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, who took home the Executive of the Year for Healthcare accolade in the 2023 awards programme.
