OGAWA triumphs at Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards with AI-powered control suite

Health and wellness retail giant OGAWA Malaysia has just won the AI - Health Products & Services trophy at the recently held Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2024, for its next-gen AI control suite OVERSEER.

OVERSEER features an AI Fatigue Tracker powered by state-of-the-art AI Precision Sensors. Using speed and positioning sensors to scan every corner of a patient’s body, the Fatigue Tracker detects any sign of muscle stiffness or overall fatigue with minute accuracy. Once the patients’ unique conditions have been assessed, OVERSEER then calibrates and customises a massage programme in real-time, precisely tailored to the body’s specific needs. A 6^th-generation microprocessor further serves to accelerate computational processing, allowing it to integrate information and coordinate commands at high speeds for a seamless experience.

The AI-powered OVERSEER is seen as a significant step towards changing how we look at wellness and healthcare overall. The results of the study have validated the efficacy of these massage programmes, demonstrating improvements of up to 81% and 88% in blood circulation and sleep quality respectively. These findings have since been seamlessly integrated into OVERSEER, ensuring that users can experience the full benefits of these programs for the best results.
